ladies I see what you are saying, and i can argue til I'm blue in the face but the bottom line is you are right. It's not fair but what can you do.

I've decided to go and speak to the people we have gotten quotes for blinds and maybe put them on lay by....

It makes it really difficult from a SM perspective Stunned. We have been in similar situation. It takes away some of the sanctity of marriage. Our vows were to share everything, and C$A makes it very difficult to do that, because at any given moment somebody could lodge a form which could wipe out a lot of hard work.

I do understand it ladies, and I will do anything to keep BM out of our business.... From now on, I've told DP, if we're not sure then we see a lawyer/accountant.... I haven't got the patience or the time to go through this all over again.
